N-Tec Services offer planned preventative maintenance contracts for domestic customers through to large housing associations, restaurants and commercial/industrial customers.

A planned maintenance contract helps to ensure that your pumping equipment is in good working condition and greatly reduces the chances of a break-down. In the event of a break-down a system that has been regularly maintained will allow a faster repair to be carried out as the rest of the system is in good condition, meaning that unexpected issues are avoided.

We also offer one-off servicing, repairs and reactive call-outs to all pumping systems.

Pumping systems rely on a mixture of mechanical and electrical components to operate; these components must be inspected and serviced regularly. During service visits, we inspect system operation, pump function, pump rotation, pipe work condition, valve operation, control system operation, alarm operation, along with other checks specific to each system.

Following a visit from our engineers, customers are issued with a digital report sheet to record the work that has been carried out and any repairs that are required.

Commissioning of newly pumping stations is essential to ensure that it will perform at its best from the start.

A commissioning report is usually required for building control approval. We carry out commissioning all makes and models of pump stations.

Our engineers are confined space trained and we have our own confined space entry equipment, this allows us to offer a fast response if entry into a pump chamber is required.

We can carry out confined space entry to allow us to complete various repairs from chamber cleaning or inspection through to complete refurbishment of pipe work, valves, pump coupling systems and pumps.

We can carry out refurbishments of older failing systems, from replacement pumps through to complete refits, installing pedestal kits, pumps, pipework and controls.

We can carry out repairs and installation of most types of pipe systems found in the pumping stations including PVCu, ABS, Ductile Iron, Galvanised Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Electro fusion PE.
