N-Tec Services are able to provide pumping solutions, from the design stage right through to maintenance and refurbishments.

With many years experience in installing, maintaining and carrying out repairs to waste water and storm water pumping systems.

It is important that you keep your equipment in good working order. A pumping system that is not maintained is likely to breakdown. This can be expensive as emergency tankering and clean up operations may be required.

N-Tec Services offer planned maintenance contracts for domestic customers through to large housing associations, restaurants and commercial/industrial customers. A planned maintenace contract helps to ensure that your pumping equipment is in good working condition and greatly reduces the chances of a break-down. In the event of a break-down a system that has been regularly maintained will allow a faster repair to be carried out as to the rest of the system is in good condition meaning that un-expected issues are avoided.

We also offer one off servicing and repairs, emergency call-outs to all pumping systems. We have access to pumps and spares from all the leading manufacturers and will find the solution best suited to our customers and site requirements.

Our engineers are confined space trained and we have our own confined space entry equipment, this allows us to offer a fast response in the event that an entry into a pump chamber is required. We can carry out confined space entry to allow us to complete various repairs from chamber cleaning or inspection through to complete refurbishment of pipe work, valves, pump coupling systems and pumps. We can carry out pipe work repairs to most types of pipe systems found in the pumping stations, PVCu, ABS, Ductile Iron, Electro fusion PE and Steel.

N-Tec Services can supply parts for suitable for most systems, from Lifting Chains and Floats, to Pumps and Control systems. Or a complete new pump station.

We carry out commissioning of new systems to ensure that the installation has been carried out to manufactures standard.
